The next Frithville with Westville Parish Council meeting will be held at Frithville Village Hall on Tuesday 14th July 2026 commencing at 7.30pm
Public and Press are welcome where fifteen minutes are allocated for members of the public to speak, ask questions or make short statements to the Council and your attendance is also requested during this period.

2. Apologies for absence and reasons given
To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence has been given to the Clerk prior to the meeting.
3. To receive any Declarations of Interest in accordance with the requirements of the Localism Act 2011, and to consider any applications for dispensations in relation to Disclosable Pecuniary Interests.
4. Notes of the Parish Council meeting held on Tuesday 12th May 2026
To resolve as a correct record and to authorise the Chairman to sign the minutes

a. 00887/26/FUL – Change of use of part of existing workshop to form a farm shop, siting of a portable toilet and re-siting of existing storage container – Land at Slate Farm, Canister Lane, Frithville
b. 00915/26/FUL - Erection of agricultural polytunnels and excavation of land to form a drainage lagoon with embankments - Twinholme, Beeches Lane, Carrington
