Minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting for Frithville with Westville Parish held at Frithville Primary School on 14th May 2019 at 7pm
PRESENT: 11 members of the public which was made up from the 2 members of Frithville with Westville Parish Council and 1 resident

1. AGREEMENT OF REPRESENTATION TO CHAIR THE ANNUAL PARISH MEETING
It was resolved for the current Frithville with Westville Parish Council Chairman Cllr Stephen Clark to chair the meeting.
2. NOTES OF THE ANNUAL PARISH COUNCIL MEETING HELD ON TUESDAY 8th MAY 2018 TO BE APPROVED AS THE MINUTES
It was resolved to accept these notes as a true and accurate record. The notes were therefore signed by the residing Chairman.
3. FOR ANY MEMBERS OF THE PARISH TO SPEAK, ASK QUESTIONS OR TO MAKE ANY STATEMENTS
The Headmaster to Frithville Primary School informed that they are still operating as a Primary even though six months ago they became part of an Academy. He relayed that they are intending on applying to the next stage of grant applications with Triton Knoll for £50,000 which is for funds towards land for a football field for the school.
Victoria Clark conveyed that there is a play being held in Carrington call “Trouble Brewing” in which Cllr Stephen Clark would be participating as the lead role.
There being no further business the meeting finished at 7.14pm.
