Agenda of the Annual Frithville with Westville Parish Council meeting held outside in the car park opposite Frithville Village Hall on Tuesday 11th May 2021 to following the Annual Parish Meeting which commences at 7pm
Public and Press are welcome to attend where fifteen minutes are allocated for members of the public to speak, ask questions or make short statements to the Council.
1. Election of Chairman for the forthcoming financial year - including signing of declaration
2. Election of Vice-Chairman for the forthcoming year
3. Apologies for absence and reasons given
4. To receive any Declarations of Interest in accordance with the requirements of the Localism Act 2011, and to consider any applications for dispensations in relation to Disclosable Pecuniary Interests.
5. Notes of the meeting held on Tuesday 9th March 2021 to be approved as the minutes and to be signed by the Chairman.
